how can i fix my renault scenic's auto gearbox?

i took out a star headed bolt to top up the oil,then put in 1lt of gear oil in through the hole.then tryed putting the bolt back in,it was stiff to screw all the way back in,then started up the car put in drive and would not pull away,there is no drive or reverse even in 1 or 2 gears nothing can anybody help?

You have undone the pivot bolt for the selector quadrant. The filler bung is square located under the inner cable part of the selector cable. It can be accessed easier in 'N'. You need to take off cover to re-align selector pin in the manual valve.
