Mend Sime Heating Overheats Hot Water

Sime super delux 102?

i have a sime 102 super delux that heating works fine but overheats and hot water that when heating is on is boiling and when heating off takes about two minutes for hot water to come through/fire up.

sounds like u have a diverter fault not sure on this model it may require a diverter kit or whole new divertor valve
