Mend Victa 6899I Drive Belt Model Mower

how to change drive belt in victa ride on model 6899I?

I have a victa corvette (cox made) ride on mower (model6899I - VR040-16HC) circa 1999. Side discharge, hydrostatic drive. Needs a new transmission belt (A110). Question how do I fit the belt over the drive pulley below the engine. What needs to be dismantled in what order. Assume cutter housing comes off first.
