How can I fix my Ride-on mower Castelgarden TC 12,5/102?

How do I fit a new rear wheel drive belt to a Castelgarden TC 12,5/102 1993 model Ride-on mower please? (It won't lift off the pulleys due to the round steel bars protruding down from above.)

a castlegarden is a type that you have to take off the pullys then do your belt shit but if you ask me thats the best shit i can give you

Not familiar wth this particular model, but generally, if the belt guides are not removable, you will have to remove the pulleys.
