Mend Power 52 Problem

CDR500 POWER BUT NOTHING HAPPENING?

Hi, i have a 52 plate astra coupe with a cdr500 head unit. The problem is, it doesn't do anything, there is some power there as the buttons light up on it. There is nothing in the display panel asking me for a code or anything. Can anyone help please?
