Mend Ford Transit T260 Starts Hot Cold

transit t260 2.0 t diesel 52 plate?

starts perfect hot or cold ,runs at proper temp, not smokey,problem is full power 50% of time loses power 50% of time, comes and goes, van not pulling any weight, no difference if cold or warm, just frustrating, still gets from a 2 b. ?
just had filters changed
