If the fuse has not gone it could be your CCU - Convieniance control unit .. This controls all the things you list , and more .. Getting to be a common fault on the MK4s ....

Hi, Am sure you one of your fuse is blown. Open the driver door, On the side of the dashbord is your fuse box use your ignition key to open it. On the secon row, there should be a red fuse blown, it should be red in with 10 A. pULL IT OUT AND REPLACE IT.
And this should be job done
