Mend Hoover Easy Logic 1300AA Washing Machine Circuit Board Repair

A new circuit board to make machine start?

My Hoover memory/circuit board behind the control panel isn't making contact, so the machine doesn't start (the on/off is fine).
I think I need to replace it or perhaps clean it. Has anyone done this successfully?
It's a Hoover Easy Logic 1300AA.
