Mend Alpha Heating Ocean 240eco Boiler Radiators

Alpha Ocean 240eco?

Once the boiler is switched on the flue/fan indicator light comes on and stays on longer than off. When the light is on I cannot get any hot water and the radiators will not heat up therefore the house is presently cold.

Can someone please help as I have no money for an engineer.
