Mend Beko Warm Air Freezer

warm fridge?

My Beko fridge is a year old and warm air is blowing into the freezer section. The only temperature control is in the fridge part, and that is on highest setting and the fridge is still warm. The motor is running so does that mean the gas has escaped.
