Mend Hoover 650L Machine Top Loader

How do I fix my Hoover 650L washing machine top loader?

It keeps throwing the clothes to one side when spinning, this then unbalances the machine. It also makes a grinding noise when doing this. It also doesn't empty the water when spinning. Help before I put an axe thru it. Have a great day & thank you
