How can i fix my Ghds?

My ghds were working properly then the led went ofand they would only work if i put the wire a certain way now they wont work atall and are making a sortof hissing sound,can they b fixed

I have had my ghd for a long time and they have just stop working, the light does not come on and there is no heat coming from them.i thought there was a life time guarantee with them.

yes you can buy a new cable from ebay for about £5 really easy to fit
