Mend Ideal HE24 PCB Heating Fault

Isar HE24 displaying fault H4, what next?

I have an Isar HE24 which is displaying fault code H4. Looking at the Ideal manual it is talking about the PCB (which one) or the thermistor. Is there no way round this? Any help appreciated.
