Jura Impressa Z5 making a lot of noise?

Hi,

I have had a Z5 for 4 years with no issues. However, recently it has been making a very loud noise at the end of the brewing cycle at the stage when it discharges the spent grinds. I have cleaned it. It makes the same sound when cleaning at the end of the day.
I know it is a difficult question to answer without listening to the actual noise, but would be grateful for any suggestions.
