Mend Vauxhall 04 Zafira 2.0 DTI Wrong Starting Start

whats wrong 2.0 dti starting problem?

04 zafira 2.0 dti. on cold start oniy is hard to get going.when started run lumpy with black smoke.i have changed heat plugs and all filters.sometimes on a run it will put on managment light and lose power any ideas
