Mend Sony D-EJ100 Cd Volume Fix

how can i fix my sony D-EJ100?

the volume wont go past 3 and it says that avls is blocking it. what is avls?

SonySony D-EJ100Audio, CD PlayersCd Volume Fix
just hold the sound button down until the AVLS display comes off. The AVLS is turned on and off that way....its to prevent someone from listening to music too loud. Crazy.
