Mend Renault Clio Grande Key Fob

none of my locks,apart from the boot can be opened with my key,is it a fob ?

None of my doors on the renault clio grande 1998,can be opened with my key,only the boot opens,is this a fault with the fob? or the actual locks? thankyou.
