how can i repair a clio key fob?

I fixed my Pug key fob with a small single point soldering iron,no solder required as the joint only needed retouched (clamp it in place with a bulldog clip/clothes peg)and just hold the iron on til the joint melts them blow on it to cool it.You could look for an instrument technician/radio ham or even a jeweler would probably do it.It is quite an easy fix for someone old school,worth a try considering the price of a new fob.
