Mend Polan Pro Start Times Cut

my 34cc polan pro wont start?

my polan is new ive only used it 4 times.
i got it out over the weekend to cut some trees but couldnt get it to start.it has spark a new plug i blew the gas filter out as well as my shoulder from pulling on it should i trash it?

without seeing it,makes it hard,but if you have spark,maybe its not getting petrol.. try taking fuel out and when empty,(yuk) but blow into tanks and hope you blow it in to carby..or try pull it few times,and see if plug is wet, if not you have fuel block somwhere.
