CLICKING NOISE HOTPOINT WT960?

THE MACHINE IS MAKING A CLICKING NOISE WHEN IT IS SPINNING, HOWEVER, WHEN IT IS SPINNING VERY FAST THE NOISE IS NOT SO APPARENT. THE NOISE IS LOUD AND CONSTANT. THE MACHINE IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD
