I had a similar problem with my machine of the same model.
When I removed the back panel near the bottom, I undid the waste pipe where it comes from the drum, there is a filter thing there which if full can stop the machine from spinning. On mine, it wasn't draining the waste water and fresh water was spilling out of the soap drawer flooding my kitchen.
