Mend Sigma M800 Working Change Battery

Sigma M800 Series Transponder Immobiliser?

This was working perfectly until I had to change the car's battery. Now it does not disarm as it should. Sometimes it will oblige after 30 secs. or so; at other times it seems to take minutes.
Does anyone know a way to fix this? Peter.
