Mend Kenwood Inside Stopped Suddenly

Kenwood Microwave?

The plates inside the microwave has stopped spinned when we use it

We have taken it out and placed in back in. Nothing looks broken and it suddenly stopped spinning. This means now that foods takes a longer time to heat up

Please help
