Mend Hotpoint BS61 Oven Heat Work

How can I fix my Hotpoint BS61 electric dual oven?

My Hotpoint BS61 Multifunction Electric oven will not heat up on the fan oven setting (fan does work). Works ok on ordinary oven setting. Do they have 2 elements?
