Mend Saunier Duval F30E Warm Water Radiators

saunier duval f30e only warm water?

i sometimes only get warm water from my taps yet the radiators are hot, looked in the manual and it goes on about the 3 way valve needing replacing, i've removed the wire connection to the valve and put it back on this gives me hot water for a day or so, but only as a temp thing! do i have to de-pressurise the whole system to replace the valve and how much are these valves?
