Mend Electrolux RM4270 Fridge Gas Work

12v.operation of caravan fridge?

Hi, I have a motorhome that is fitted with an electrolux rm4270 3 way fridge.
The 240v and gas work ok, but although it lights up the 12v does not seem to work.
Any help would be appreciated.
