hot water vokera linea 28?

shower and tap hot water runs hot then drops to cold then hot again would this be the pcb if so how mutch would it cost to repair

fit new service kit very cheap to buy and good place to start fault finding on this boiler .dont think this is pcb problem poss prob with flow of water.their is also 2 hot water sensors on this boiler one on top of plate heat exchanger change this too.not had much problem with pcb on this boiler and i ave a dozens to look after
