Mend Samsung RS21DGRS Fridge Freezer Defrost

Samsung RS21DGRS WATER NOT FLOWING?

Hi I have a RS21DGRS side by side fridge freezer the watter has stopped flowing, I thought it might be the filter blocked but have changed that and still not getting water flow. If this is frozen up whis the water tank and how do I de frost it.
