Mend Rover 45 Repair Clock Time

How can I fix my cars digital clock?

The digital clock in my Rover 45 '05' reg is permanently stuck on 11:50. I have tried pressing'H' and'M' and both together but to no avail.Whats wrong?--and can I fix it?
