how to fix karcher k3.99?

karcher pressure washer is working, but won't draw in detergent through tubing, removed micro filter from end of tubing but still won't draw in detergent.

have you reduced the pressure by turning the lance section of the gun, this allows the detergent to pull through

Nobody ever has a good answer to this. I've had two different brands of pressure washers that did this. Nothing in the troubleshooting sections of the manuals. Sometimes they'll start working again on their own.
