Riello burner keeps tripping out?

Assuming your pump, filters and nozzle are in good condition, this is almost certainly a photo-resistance malfunction. This monitors the flame and trips out the burner controller if it can't see it shortly after ignition. You can't shunt it out, as it also checks your boiler is not on fire before allowing ignition. It may be as simple as needing the lens to be cleaned of soot or oil deposits, a duff connection in the controller or fitting a new unit. If your 'service guy'does not know this basic stuff about pressure jet boilers, change him out as well!

It depends on whether the entire boiler needs a good clean, but these Riello's have 2 faults: 1) The solenoid coil on top of the pump fails (my choice) 2) The photocell (inside the igniter box) tends to pack in.
