Mend Mercedes-Benz 312D Diesel Turbo Power Loss

black smoke?

hi i have a sprinter 1999, 312d 2.8 turbo,, after 15ooo reves it gives out thick black smoke and wont rev any higher, there is next to no power, it also sucks the top intake pip in which conects on to intake manafold when reved,,,
