If the leak is not the problem, see if the radiators are old and have started to rust from the inside, (its a black colour discharge) in that case, you might have to replace the radiators, clean the water circulation parts in the boiler.

Losing pressure means that you have a leak somewhere. First check the overflow outside to see if its dripping.
