Mend Sony XR-CA370 Car Stereo

How can I fix my Sony Cassette Car Stereo, XR-CA370 ?

I wont play tapes any longer and just makes a high pitched constant noise.
I have since run a tape head cleaner, but to no success.
The radio function still works well.
Many thanks for your help.
