How can I find my Stereo Code with No serial Number?
I brought a Ford Mondeo 2005 2.0 HDCI Ghia at Christmas & last week I had the starter motor replaced.
I then found that the code that was in the little booklet that came with the car was wrong.
I have brought the 4 removal keys but the stereo wont budge. I also have the program to tell me the code if I had the serial number.
I spoke to my local Ford dealer & they want £45 + Vat for the code using my Number Plate.
s there a cheaper/free way to find my code using the number plate rather than the serial number.

I can prove my ownership of vehicle & have V5 logbook.

It is not happening as 2 of the sleeves for the keys to slide into are bent & the keys wont go in properly.

Hi Gary,
I would keep trying with the extract tools, with them both pushed in fully try pushing them outwards towards the doors then with the aid of a helper to juggle the radio until it comes free
