Fitting replacement lamp-control to Neff electric oven?

Neff U1322.1 electric oven.
Have purchased replacement part Number 423814 from Neff; do I need to remove oven from housing, to fit this part.
Do I need an engineer or can your "non-DIY" man like me do it.
