Mend Baxi 24HE Boiler Heating Fault

isar he24 problem?

i have just had a isar 24he installed, everything works fine exept it constantly displays C for central heating with a flashing burner light!! the central heating pump is constantly running even though the heating is switched off, it never goes to display O as it should. i have the standard control module with no external stat so i cant see where the demand for heating is coming from?? any ideas?

get the installer back to fix it or call ideal, it'll be under warranty. may be a wiring fault from the timer, or possibly a faulty pcb.
