Mend Zanussi ZFU3140 Freezer Defrost Frost Free

Freezer continually running?

My Zanussi "frost free" freezer has always formed a layer of ice on the floor of the unit, just under the bottom drawer and now it is running continually, even though I have defrosted it. What is/are the problem(s)??
