Mend Triton T80SI Main Element Out

tritont80si main element burns out?

i have a t80si 9.5k shower this is the third one and after a few months the main heating element burns out and trips the rcb the lower element still works, triton tell me its a wiring fault i have had this checked its o/k water pressure o/k
