how can i fix my mini motor bike 50cc 2 stroke?

any body know how you can tell if clutch has gone on a mini motor bike . before i strip it

If its a mini moto...if it won't pull away when the engine is revved up, the clutch has worn out. Very cheap part, surprisingly.
