if you have a 'y' plan system could be the motor gone in the 3-port, but i agree with your other answer more info. required

Just guessing without info that your pump is cream crackered but it could be a diverter valve or other stuff. If you cant tell me what boiler and system you have how do you expect me to help you!!!
