fule prob habana 50?

i got this bike a week ago not runin on a x reg so i tock all plastics off and started work but i have no fule getin 2 the carb there is a pipe that sliys in 2 to if i block onr end and suck fule comes but the carb dose not suck and where dose other end go thanks.
