Mend Peugeot Vivacity 50 Battery Replaced

when should a vivcity 50 battery be replaced?

I bough 50cc vivacity 4 years ago. got it serviced 2 years ago. hasnt been run since then as I bought another bike.
The battery is not charging, indicators dont work, horn is dead, cannot start with auto ignition...petrol leaving on high revs
