Eurovox max blue?

Hi I have a eurovox max blue (assumed clone) when I follow the connections instructions the first message received on my TV is "No Signal" this is then followed by "Searching for signal" but no signal is ever found, the message on the eurovox box is 0122, can anyone help?????
