Mend LDV 2001 Ldv Pilot

Bleeding Clutch on a 2001 LDV 1.9 Pilot?

Bleed through to the Slave Cylinder, Clear fluid, no air bubbles, still no resistance on cluch pedal or movement at the pushrod or release bearing

CLUTCH FORK LUGS ARE A COMMON PROBLEM ON THE PILOTS. THEY EITHER BEND OR BREAK (BEARING JUST FALLS OUT). LDV MODIFIED THEM ON LATER MODELS 2000 ONWARDS.

make sure bleed nipple is at top of slave cylinder or you wont get all air out.--by the way was cylinder changed/overhauled because piston had popped out and damaged seal,if so you will have a problem with clutch release mech [either fork u/s or release bearing carrier lugs broken]either way box out!
