Mend Mira Sport Shower Coming

Mira Sport shower - power to unit but no function?

I have checked that I have power coming into the shower but the led light does not illuminate and there is no function. I have replaced the pull switch just to eliminate this, also called Mira who said that the PCB needs replacing? Can you confirm that this is correct and how to replace the PCB

I have a new Mira sport 10.8kw a good blast on cold settings but when going upto hot power dies .
I use shower on setting 3 and nice and warm but a lack of power can i improve on this.

We have the 10.8kw Mira Sport. Had same problem and got it repaired twice under warranty both times new PCB Assembly. Apparently Mira have improved the design of this at least once following troubles with showers dieing caused by ‘spikes’ in the electricity supply.

There are good instructions for replacing the PCB Assembly in the handbook that should have come with the shower. There is a pdf file of the manual on this site: http://www.tradecounter.com/dbdocs/mirasport10-8.pdf_tcc_13-02-04.pdf
