how can i fix my necht dishwasher?

in my necht dishwasher, i have the following problems:-
the door won't click shut- red light on programme setting row is off

It switches on, with pilot, rinse aid & salt light on [salt's been added recently to put out that light].

[it's a built-in appliance model no: WQP12-9318].
