Mend Sukida SK 125 T-18 Running Bike

Please help Sukida SK 125 T-18 like its Running on choke?

Hi the bike starts great but after a min or so it starts poping and wont rev very well or tic over sooty black smoke not grey when I rev and then close it down I have put a new air fillter on it but no change can any one help please.

The choke will be electronicaly opened by a solenoid on the top or side of the carb. Unplug it to switch it off if this works find the temp switch and replace it.
