Mend Grohe Grohedal Cistern Flush Problem

Grohedal cistern wont flush properly?

Hi,
I have just fixed the problem of constant running water by piercing bubbles on the washer. I did buy a new part but didn't need it in the end.
However, new problem has occurred. Now, it wont flush properly!
Can anyone help?
