Mend Indesit WIL 143S Drum Bearings Inner Washing Machine

Indesit WIL 143S washing machine?

The drum bearings have become very noisey. I have removed the drum. The fixing screw holding the spider to the inner drum shaft is very tight. Is it a LH thread?
I have already broken one star bit.
